About the Lab
The PSHAW Lab conducts research broadly related to the topics that make up our name. Members include junior faculty who worked with me (Jen) during their PhD or postdoc years and stay involved with the lab because of the rich intellectual community we’ve created; PhD students currently working on publications and thesis work; and 4th year honours students in psychology supervised by a lab faculty member.
We also welcome research assistants and students who wish to volunteer for research opportunities or to visit from overseas. If you’re interested in studying organizational dynamics involving power, status, influence, etc., please email: j.overbeck (at) mbs.edu.
